Ordering a bench or placing an enquiry

Our benches are made to order, however we have some benches available for ready sale. Please enquire.

Important ordering information

Make sure that you have obtained permission for the bench to be installed in your chosen location and also that the method of securing/installing the bench is approved.

When you order we will send you a letter of confirmation detailing the exact specification and send you an invoice for the deposit.

Payment

We require a deposit of approximately 25% in order to confirm an order, with the balance payable on delivery or collection by yourself. Alternatively you can pay the entire amount upfront on placing an order if that is more convenient.

All payment is to be made by cheque or by BACS transfer. (if you bank via the internet)

We do not accept payment by debit/credit card.
