We have been making memorial benches since 1993 and have always endeavoured to give the highest level of service as well as the highest quality of bench. The bench is just fantastic and it stands so proud outside the church, it is so much better than the benches I have seen anywhere else, everybody said it was the nicest bench they had ever seen too and I was singing the praises of Oxford Benches to everyone. Apologies for the delay in responding; I have now had chance to visit the site and view the bench we ordered from yourselves. May I say how very pleased I was with the quality of the bench. The craftsmanship in which it has been put together is more than obvious as is the superb finish. It is a fitting memorial to our friend the late Dave B. The bench was unveiled to all the contributors on the 7th September during memorial golf day and the feedback was very positive. All of us at the bench ceremony yesterday just before the H AGM were most impressed with it. Most important was that N's husband Andrew ( Lord A M, Minister of....) should be pleased with it and he clearly was. He said several times how much he liked it - he commented particularly on how solid it was, the quality of the lettering and the care that had gone into consulting and deciding on the details. We also all thought the position Leila chose couldn't have been better and how well the bench had been fixed into the brickwork of the path. You may well have thought rather a lot of emails back and forth along the way but in the end you had very satisfied customers! Thanks very much again for providing us with a really fine bench in honour of someone who did a very great deal for the H and whom we wanted to remember in a way she would have liked. I am sure she too would have been delighted with the bench.

Just to say how delighted my wife was with our "Silver
Anniversary Bench". She was particularly taken by the carved
inscription. The whole event was a complete surprise as planned. It
now has pride of place on our patio, where she and I can enjoy the
view in comfort and splendour.
We both look forward to it giving us many years of enjoyment.
